Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoyed the time with those you love and spent a moment to think about what in this great big world you are thankful for. I certainly did.

This year was a big one for me. Becoming a mother has been the biggest transformation in my life, and truly I feel like I'm bending and growing everyday.

I fully believe that as mothers we can only truly show up to this labor of love from a place of feeling worthy, or else we can't give this work our all. I love that I get to use RTT in my daily life, not only helping women across the globe shake off old patterns and beliefs that keep them stuck and unhappy but also in my own life. RTT allows me to show up to my life, my partner, my baby from a full cup knowing my worthiness.

To be actively aware of what beliefs shape our reactions and decisions is powerful. Being able to choose what beliefs we want to hold makes us better at keeping our cups full because we are stepping into our own power.
