You may also know, that I have a little one at home, so time to myself is fairly limited, and I try to spend most of it unraveling trauma with my clients.

For sometime now I've heard nudge to pursue Past Life Regression as a form of therapy for clients who are looking to find root causes that don't easily come up when we regress back in this life.
Or maybe we get to the first layer of the cause, but really this has gone back several lifetimes...and there is some generational healing/ clean up that is needed.
And so, I've been dabbling in this work with clients, and it has been a beautiful unfolding.
Finally, it was time to pursue professional studies in this work.
